What if a buyer doesn’t arrive to pick-up the item within the agreed window?

If a buyer hasn’t arrived, and the pick-up window you agreed to has already passed, please contact the buyer using our messaging system in Trove. The buyer may have run into unexpected delays, or possibly made an honest mistake.

If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of your discussion, you always have the option of canceling the transaction. If you cancel the transaction, please select a cancellation reason to indicate the "buyer didn't show”. Once you’ve canceled the transaction, your item will be actively listed again.

To cancel a transaction: go to the Offers Screen to see a list of items you’re selling. Then, tap on the listing in question, find the offer you’ve accepted, and then tap Cancel. Add the appropriate cancellation reason and then return to the Treasures screen.
