The seller may choose to decline your offer for variety of reasons. For example, s/he may have gotten another offer that was higher, or another buyer may have offer to pickup the item at a time that was more convenient for the seller. It’s also possible that the seller wasn’t able to respond to your offer before it expired.
If the listing is still active (i.e., the item’s not sold or pending yet), you can make another offer on it. Increase your chances of getting the seller’s attention by:
- Increasing your offer amount.
- Choosing a pick-up window from the available times that seller has set. You know the drill: probably the sooner, the better.
